We have a wide experience in undertaking building surveys for both commercial and private clients of residential, commercial and industrial buildings. All reports include photographs and advice on current and future maintenance requirements. For leasehold properties, advice is given on potential liabilities from lease covenants.
>> Specific Defect Reports
A brief report is prepared of the area of concern, usually structural movement, roof coverings or dampness and condensation. Where appropriate, a schedule of works can be included for remedial action.
>> Schedules of Condition
Acting for either Landlord or Tenant a detailed schedule is prepared backed up by a comprehensive photographic record.
>> Dilapidations
We prepare schedules of dilapidations and details of claim for Landlords and defend claims on behalf of Tenants.
>> Party Wall Surveyors
We will act for either the Building or Adjoining Owner, serving Notices and preparing the Awards as required.
